High School Program

Nona Sports is offering beach volleyball training for experienced players.  The training is intended for female high school players.  However, experienced middle school players may be able to join depending upon skills evaluation.  The volleyball training is tailored to learn and/or enhance: â€‹

  • Bumping

  • Spiking

  • Bump + Hand Setting

  • Blocking

  • Receiving

  • Defense

  • Offense

  • Game Strategy​

  • Serve, Receive

  • Serving

  • Conditioning

  • Peel in transition

 What/When? - Tuesdays and Thursdays

Nona Beach is offering a competitive program that includes training and tournament participation.  The training is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays (from 6:00pm to 7:45pm), starting in Thursday May, 2nd 2024; and also includes two Saturday or Sunday tournaments within Florida/Central Florida area.  The program is intended to start In May 2nd, 2024 and finish no later than June 29th, 2024.  After that, the plan is to provide an August to July program for 2024 - 2025. One training t-shirt is included. Uniforms are separate.

  • The training takes place at the East Lake Park Sand Volleyball Court (Also know as Nona Beach)

    • Please park on the available westbound parallel parking, adjacent to the Lake.

  • The best way to find the location is by putting the following address on your GPS:  10199 Lake District Ln, Orlando, FL 32832

What to bring?

  • Dri-Fit Shirt and Pants (Highly Recommended)

  • Hand Sanitizer

  • Towel

  • Potable Water or Sport Drink

  • A gallon of water to rinse off the sand after training is done

  • Light Snack (Fruit or Protein Bar)

  • Sunglasses

  • A good attitude to learn and have fun

How to get started?

  1. Submit the following beginners online registration . (1st come, 1st serve)

  2. After submitting the online registration form, participation fee must be submitted to 407-234-0323 via Zelle.

Participation Fee

  • Two payments of $275/player on

    • $275 by May 2nd

    • $275 by June 7th
